IBM Explorer of z/OS (zExpl) Installing zOS Explorer for English on a non-English Windows OS may result in a mixed language installation. Some views, dialogs, and messages are in the language of the OS and others are in English.
Local fix

Problem summary

Problem conclusion
z/OS Explorer translation pieces were separated and reorganized accordingly to IBM Installation Manager standards, this allows to have the correct behavior of Installation Manager depending on what is the language of the OS.
