PI85650: COMPARE FAILS WITH 'GOC2CMP - ERROR(S) FOUND' DECREASING # OF MAXPARTITIONS FOR IMPLICIT TABLESPACE;ONCODE=150 ERRORS

Error description

• When decreasing the number of maxpartitions for an
  implicit table space, Object Compare fails with message
  "Error(s) found. Please review output"
  There were also additional issues found:
  - Two Oncode 150 / ONCODE150 were encountered if a
  huge number of table spaces was compared:
  BM0441W ONCODE=150 The STRINGSIZE condition
  was raised.
  From entry point EXTEND at statement 8580 at compile
  unit offset >offset< at entry offset >offset< at address
  >address<.
  IBM0441W ONCODE=150 The STRINGSIZE condition
  was raised.
  From entry point CM30043 at statement 6572 at compile

  - Oncode 150 / ONCODE150 was encountered in DB2
  Administration Tool for z/OS, Version 12, Release 1 if
  comparing triggers from DB2 V11:

  was raised.

Problem conclusion

• All oncodes have been resolved.
  The error message has been changed to a warning to inform the
