Error description

• An ISM storage constraint could result due to a storage leak
  exposed by high volume of negative SQLCODE workload occurring
  on a monitored subsystem.
  This condition can lead to increased real memory usage within
  the product global shared memory objects and may be observed
  as missing SQL text in the ISPF/CAE UIs.
  The following messages may be observed and can be related to
  this problem:

    FOR SPACE - SQLCD
  # CQM1212E AN ERROR OCCURRED IN THE EXTENT EXIT ROUTINE
    FOR SPACE - N/A

  # CAE Agent: SQL ERROR. SQL text not available.
  

Local fix

• The workaround is to recycle the CQM address space to alleviate
  the storage constraint.
