Error description

• When ORF reorganizes a HIDAM database with DFDSS=Y specified,
  after ORF copies the database by using DFSMSdss, ORF tries to
  open the shadow database with incorrect information, which can
  cause ABENDS213-04 in the Copy phase.

  When ORF reorganizes a HIDAM database with DFDSS=Y specified,
  after ORF copies the database data sets by using DFSMSdss, ORF
  tries to open the shadow data sets with inaccurate information,
  which can cause ABENDS213-04 in the Copy phase.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR modifies the program so that, after ORF copies the
  database data sets by using DFSMSdss, ORF re-collects the
  information about the shadow data sets and then opens those data
  sets with the updated information.
  This APAR also fixes the problem that, when ORF reorganizes a
  HALDB that has empty partitions with DFDSS=Y specified, the ORF
  job gets ABENDS013-34 during image copy.
