Error description

• A data server is created which has a command block defined,
  based on a session parameter.  A package is created from the
  data server, and reports based on the package work fine, passing
  the session parameter to the database when executed.  When the
  same package is used in a dashboard, the session parameter fails
  to pass.  Depending on the usage of the session param this may
  cause unexpected database results, or errors in the dashboard
  like "Query Service internal error has occurred", or "Problem
  establishing connection."
