Error description

• The Miscellaneous Filters Unique Value and Commit Count are not
  getting created correctly during the General Report process of
  building filters. This prevents these filters from being
  properly applied.

  *                      An IEC020I 001-4 message on DD ALAERRI  *
  *                      can occur if running in                 *
  *                      Log Backward mode and warning ALAA573W  *
  *                      is trying to be issued.                 *
  *                      The warning message is not being        *
  *                      handled properly which causes           *
  *                      the error during the warning message    *
  *                      processing routine.                     *
  *                      Allow the continue processing after     *
  *                      warnings parameter to                   *
  *                      include the option for after some       *
  *                      errors (Option 'E') in                  *
  *                      the Quick Start User Settings panel.    *
