    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR. *
    ****************************************************************
1.This APAR fixes the following problems (FF of PI81230):
     A. When RESLIB2, RESLIB3, or RESLIB4 are specified in setting
up the environment for the ISPF, the libraries are not
generated in the STEPLIB DD of the following functions.
A-1. option 7 (Database Utilities) 2 Recover Partition
A-2. option 7 (Database Utilities) 3 Backup Partition
A-3. option 9 (DBRC for HALDB)
2 Show Partitions with Authorization Exceptions
A-4. option 9 (DBRC for HALDB)
           4 Resolve Authorization Exceptions
     B. An incorrect error message is issued when VSAM is maintained
        and
B-1. PARTSIZE is specified that is equal to or more than 4096.
      B-2. NOOSAM8G(Y) is specified.
     C. TRERR 56 in IHCXCONT is issued when the key more than 80
bytes is specified in the ddname of the KEYS(ddname).

max 112 bytes. So when the root segment key length is more
than 112 bytes, the key value in the report is incorrect.

when the root segment key length is more than 253 bytes and
        PARTNUM or PARTSIZE is specified.

HTK MAINTAIN can generate an incorrect CHANGE.DBDSGRP command
when the group belongs to CAGRP.
3.This APAR fixes the following problem (FF of PI83071):
HTK job can get ABENDS0C4 when the temporary RECON data set
      name starts with SYSxxxxx.T.
4.This APAR fixes the following problem (FF of PI83377):
DSP0245I is issued when the status of RECON1 is SPARE and the
MDALIB in which the members for RECONx are included is
      specified only in IMSDALIB DD.
