• DFS1269E SEVERE IMS INTERNAL FAILURE, REASON CODE=4557
  or ABENDS878 received.
  Storage is obtained for 2 types of internal tables. The
  addresses of the tables are stored in 2 different address
  labels, but the labels redefine the same storage.  The second
  type of table storage is released, the first obtained table
  storage address is redefined and lost.  It cannot be released
  at the end.
