PI83668: MSGIIUB084I AND ZERO RETURN CODE WHEN MISSING HPSRWFP DATA SETS ARE FOUND

Error description

• Currently, when input HPSRWFP data sets from some of
  PHDAM/PHIDAM partitions are missing, Index Builder issues
  MSGIIUB084I information messages and terminates with zero return
  code. This may cause inconsistency between PHDAM/PHIDAM database
  and PSINDEX database unless UPDATE option is specified on IIUIN
  PROC statement. By this APAR, a new error message will be issued
  for each missing partition and IB terminates with error in the
  situation.

  Currently, when input HPSRWFP files from some of PHDAM/PHIDAM
  partitions are missing, Index Builder issues MSGIIUB084I
  information messages and continues its process. This may cause
  inconsistency between PHDAM/PHIDAM database and PSINDEX database
  unless UPDATE option is specified on IIUIN PROC statement.
  By this APAR, a new error message MSGIIUB121E is issued and
  Index Builder terminates with error in the situation.

  |  Load mode is selected for building the PSINDEX database.
  |  Load mode requires that HPSRWFP files exist for all the
  |  partitions, but the HPSRWFP file for the indicated HALDB
  |  partition was not found.
  | System action:
  |   Processing stops.
  | User response:
  |  Rerun the IMS High Performance Load job to generate all the
  |  HPSRWFP files, or rerun the IMS Index Builder job in update
  |  mode. See the description of PROC control statement for
  |  more information about load and update modes.
