PI83153: TCB SWITCH OFF OPEN TCB WHEN ISSUING REMOTE TEMPORARY STORAGE REQUEST ON IPIC CONNECTION

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When issuing remote Temporary Storage request using IPIC there
  is a switch to the QR TCB. CHANGE_MODE is done from
  dfhisis_build_id_prop_field from a call to dfhisis_switch_to_qr.
  This ensures the DFHUSAD INQUIRE_ICRX call is under the QR TCB.

  A threadsafe application makes a function ship request under
  IPIC connection and the IPCONN resource is defined with
  Userauth(Identify). DFHISIS switches to the QR TCB when
  calling DFHUSAD for INQUIRE_ICRX. US domain is threadsafe.
  It does not need to be called under the QR TCB.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHISIS has been changed to remove the TCB switch to QR.
