PI83104: Formatting enhancements for IMS 4516 log records, plus various other minor product improvements

Error description

• 1. Truncation of formatted IMS log record 4516 segment data
  when more than 3 Fast Path subpools are present in the log
  record.
  2. IMS log record formatting failures when IMS has split
  segment data across multiple 4516 log records.
  3. Scrub utility processing of IMS Log Record 9904 DCAP
  elements is in error when a DCAP element spans multiple 9904
  log records.
  4. RFIND does not position cursor correctly on found value when
  Display Settings option 2 is selected.
  5. Minor IMS log record mapping changes introduced by IMS
  Service.

Problem conclusion

• 1. Extend Knowledge Module support for 4516 log records to
     handle any number of Fast Path subpools.
  
  2. Extend Knowledge Module support for 4516 log records to
     support DBFBPNO3 or DBFBPNO4 data segments split over
     multiple 5416 log records.
  
  3. Add handling for the possibility of DCAP data split across
     multiple 9904 log records, where the split occurs within
     (as opposed to on) a DCAP element boundary.
  
  4. Correct cursor positioning on RFIND when Display Settings
     option 2 is in use.
  
  5. Knowledge Module modifications to exploit minor IMS log
     record mapping changes introduced by IMS Service.
