  HTK treats a data set name that starts with 'SYSxxxxx.T' as
  a non-VSAM temporary data set. So HTK has treated the temporary
  RECON data set as a non-VSAM temporary data set and has not
  been able to get the correct dataset information.
  This design causes the ABENDS0C4.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR modifies the program so that HTK treats the temporary
  RECON data set name starts with 'SYSxxxxx.T' as a VSAM data set
  and are able to get the correct dataset information.
