Error description

• When using the Admin Tool Space management function to
  convert/move a user-managed VCAT-defined page set to a
  DB2-managed STOGROUP-defined page set, the generated batch job
  step IDALTER contains an IDCAMS ALTER statement only for the
  Cluster component, but not for the Data component, of the VSAM
  user-defined linear data set.

  When using the Space management function to convert / move a
  user-managed VCAT-defined page set to a DB2-managed STOGROUP-
  defined page set, the generated batch job step IDALTER only
  contains an IDCAMS ALTER statement for the CLUSTER component
  of the VSAM user-defined linear data set, but not the DATA
  component of the VSAM data set. Hence, upon submitting the
  job, only the CLUSTER component is converted, not the DATA
  component.
