Error description

  • An UNLOAD statement with several SELECT statements run in SQL
mode ends with an unpredictable system ABEND. This can occur if
the DB2 parallelism (enabled via the PARALLELISM option or the
VUX031/DB2PARAL PARMLIB parameter) at any maintenance level but
might occur more frequently after the fix for PI56401 has been
applied.

Local fix

  • Disable the DB2 parallelism. This can be done by specifying
PARALLELISM (,1,).
