Error description

• HTK can generate an incorrect CHANGE.DBDSGRP command when the
  group belongs to CAGRP.

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  When MAINTAIN creates new partitions and the DBDSs of the
  original partitions have been added in the CAGRP, MAINTAIN
  should generate CHANGE.CAGRP command for the new partitions and
  their DBDSs. But the process for generating the CHANGE.CAGRP
  command is partially incorrect.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR modifies the program so that MAINTAIN generates
  a correct CHANGE.CAGRP command when the group belongs to CAGRP.
