Error description

• Index Builder sets an invalid ASID to the ASIDLST= parameter of
  the SDUMPX macro during its error processing.  This can result
  in an abend in SDUMP.

  Index builder sets an invalid address space identifier (ASID)
  to ASIDLST= parameter of SDUMPX macro during its error handling
  process. This may lead to SDUMP being prematurely unlocked or
  the hung by the error introduced by APAR OA49591 of z/OS.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed to set correct ASIDs to the macro.
