Error description

• QCF to notify OTMA of message cleanup.
  
  Note: With APARs PI80791 and PI84670 applied and the TOIPARMS
        statement specified in the UNLOAD JCL, it is necessary
        that the user has the TOSI loadlib (SFOILOAD) specified in
        the STEPLIB DD. If not, the user may encounter an S806
        ABEND stating that the module FOICPRM0 cannot be found
        since the TOSI loadlib is necessary for the OTMA cleanup
        introduced in the previously mentioned APARs.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: After a QCF UNLOAD job in the Shared    *
  *                      Queues environment is completed, QCF    *
  *                      does not notify OTMA of the removal of  *
  *                      TMEMBER/TPIPE messages. The flag        *
  *                      indicating there are still messages on  *
  *                      the queue for a TPIPE was still -on-    *
  *                      leading to a  flood of TPIPEs in the    *
  *                      customer-s Shared Queues Environment.   *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  After a QCF UNLOAD job in the Shared Queues environment is
  completed, QCF does not notify OTMA of the removal of
  TMEMBER/TPIPE messages. The flag indicating there are still
  messages on the queue for a TPIPE was still -on- leading to a
  flood of TPIPEs in the customer-s Shared Queues Environment.
