Error description

When Intelligent Management is enabled for the IHS plugin it
should also set a custom property for IMenabled with a value
of true. Without this setting all java processes may not
fully
participate in sharing topology which may occasionally cause
problems for routing requests to the proper destination.

Local fix

Set the cell custom property IM.enabled with a value of true.

After updating an application module without restarting the
hosting application server; Intelligent Management (IM) enabled
web servers will return 503 status codes for requests targeted
to that module.

Problem conclusion

The Intelligent Management On Demand Configuration (ODC)
component has been updated to ensure that applications modules
can be updated without the need to restart the hosting
application servers.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
packs 8.5.5.12 and 9.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended

Temporary fix

Define a cell custom property named IM.enabled with a value of
true or after updating an application module restart all
application servers hosting the application that was updated.
