Problem conclusion

The code was updated to instead throw an
EntityTypeNotSupportedException.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.45, 8.0.0.14, 8.5.5.12, and 9.0.0.5.
This is also targeted for inclusion in fix pack 17.0.0.3 for
WebSphere Application Server Liberty.
