  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Enhancement to add a SMTP SYSOUT class  *
  *                      field in the ISPF Policy Dialog panel   *
  *                      -View/Update EMAIL SMTP variables-.     *
  *                      It allows the user to change the SMTP   *
  *                      SYSOUT class when the notification is   *
  *                      sent by e-mail or texting.              *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR adds a SMTP SYSOUT class field in the ISPF Policy
  Dialog panel -View/Update EMAIL SMTP variables-.
  It allows the user to change the SMTP SYSOUT class to fit their
  z/OS environment when the notification message is sent by e-mail
  or texting.
  
  This APAR also fixes following issues.
  1. When the MVS system name is 5-byte or less, the HELO
  statement in texting file contains a syntax error.
  2. When the SMTP address space name is 3-byte or less, the
  Policy Services does not generate the SYSUT2 DD statment of the
  e-mail or texting job correctly. It causes a JCL error of the
  e-mail or texting job.
