Error description

  • IQCCCVCX loop while encountering an error during a client
    request.  Such error examples include SYNCPOINT error, IMS
    terminating and SCI Send error.  Such client requests would
    be UNLOADs, LOADs, and SYNC requests.
    
    This potential loop was found internally during testing.
