Error description

• After applying PTF UI44675 for PMR 49560 there is an error in
  the Update Control File Job if the local primary/backup
  retention period is entered as '36 ', for example.  The input
  is left-justified and the character field is 7 bytes long.
  If '0000036' is entered instead, it works fine. This occurs
  for every input field in the mask where you can enter an
  integer value.
  There are also groups of parameters for primary and backup.
  The input description for the "local primary backup retention
  period" is "local backup retention period", which is mentioned
  twice on the panel once for primary and once more for backup.
