PI77350: EGL RUNTIME ERRONEOUSLY REPORTING AN -501 SQL ERROR

Error description

• The EGL runtime is reporting an -501 Sql error as a hard error
  when it can be ignored when a close is being done and the cursor
  is already closed

  THIS APAR ADDRESSES 2 ERROR MODES THAT CAN BE IGNORED BY THE
  APPLICATION.       ORIGINALLY, AN ERROR WAS BEING PRODUCED, WHEN
  IT DIDN'T HAVE TO BE:(1) A SQL CODE -501 WAS HAPPENING WHEN AN
  EGL SQL CLOSE WAS OCCURRING. A -501   INDICATES THAT THE CURSOR
  IS ALREADY CLOSED. THIS CAN BE IGNORED ON THE EGL SQL CLOSE AS
  IT DOES NOT AFFECT THE APPLICATION(2) AN RESP=16 RESP2=200 ERROR
  CODE WAS COMING BACK FROM CICS WHEN A REMOTE     PROGRAM TRIED
  TO USE A SYNPOINT WHEN THE CALLER PROGRAM DID NOT HAVE LUW
  CONTROL SET.
  

Problem conclusion

• THE -501 ERROR ON AN EGL SQL CLOSE CALL IS NOW BEING IGNORED, AS
  THE CURSOR IS  ALREADY CLOSED.THE REMOVE CICS SYNPOINT 200 ERROR
  CODE IS NOW CHECKING TO SEE IF THE USER IS   WANTING RUNTIME
  ERRORS TO OCCUR. IF THAT IS THE CASE, A RUNTIME EXCEPTION IS NOW
  THROWN, INSTEAD OF THE SYNCPOINT BEING IGNORED.
