Error description

• After the maintenance for PI64902 (PTF UI39950) has been
  applied, the character and graphic and mixed columns of the
  target table and, when applicable, the delimiter used for the
  DELIMITED format are unduly encoded in UNICODE instead of
  EBCDIC.
  
  This occurs if the following three conditions are fulfilled:
  - a logical unload specifying an unsupported SQL statement is
    involved
  - the applicable encoding scheme is ASIS
  - the table is defined with CCSID UNICODE
