PI75891: 3.2 SLB OFFLOAD WITH SPACE EFFICIENT TARGETS LEAVES VOLUMES IN INDETERMINATE STATE

Error description

• After offloading a SLB whose target is a space efficient volume,
  the target volumes are left in an indeterminate state until the
  volumes are either reinitialized or used again as a target of a
  SLB.  Access to these volumes while they are in an indeterminate
  state will result in I/O errors.
