Error description

• Currently, the GGC base code in ARY's redirected recovery
  function opens output VSAM LDS files for output and relies on
  system functions such as SMS to enable multiple volume dataset
  extending.  The purpose of this enhancement is to issue IDCAMS
  ALTER ADDVOLUMES ( * ) commands prior to the dataset being used
  and then remove any excess candidate volsers with IDCAMS ALTER
  REMOVEVOLUMES when the process is complete.
  

Local fix

• Use SMS data class "Dynamic Volumes" functionality to do the
  same thing.
