Problem conclusion

• After running a HALDB Toolkit CONVERT job with ONLINE(Y) option,
  an obsolete entry is left in the BMP pause list of ORF in the
  control region. Because of this entry, BMP jobs that access the
  converted database get U3303 abend even when no ORF jobs are
  running.
  This APAR fixes an error in the cleanup processing of ORF so
  that the entry in the BMP pause list is rightly removed at the
  end of the CONVERT job.
