Error description

This issue is related to PI63930.  APAR PI63930 fixes the
issue
for server-side endpoints.  This APAR will add similar
support
for client-side/endpoints driven from within the Liberty
server.

*                      WorkClassifier.classify() is not used   *
*                      on WebSocket client-endpoints requests  *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

PI63930 added support to propagate the WorkClassifier Executor
for subsequent WebSocket requests over server endpoints.
A WebSocket connection made over client endpoints will not have
a reference to the WorkClassifier Executor.  This will cause
WebSocket requests over the client endpoints to not drive the
intended WorkClassifier provided Executor.

Problem conclusion

Code has been modified to expand the propagation of the
Executor
to WebSockets requests over client endpoints within the server.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 17.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
