PI74382: FIX PROBLEMS IN THE IROTREXL ISPF INTERFACE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A few problems were experienced using the DRF/XF ISPF interface
  to generate DRF JCL:
  1. Several panels had incorrect EXPAND() sections.
  2. The interface does not support the LASTIC as a valid recovery
     type.
  3. Customer is not allowed to specify unit type without volser.
