• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This APAR adds code to perform additional return code checking
  when this CQM internal storage shortage condition occurs, to
  resolve the QM MSQLW SUBTASK ABEND.
  The CQM internal storage shortage is indicated by the group of
  ISM messages similar to the following and the workaround is
  recommended to alleviate the storage constraint:

Local fix

• To alleviate the CQM internal storage shortage condition,
  increase the setting of the SMEM_SIZE parameter in CQMPARMS.
  For example:
  Current: SMEM_SIZE(5)
  Recommended: SMEM_SIZE(10)
  Recycle CQM to pickup the change.
