PI74305: ADB318E MSG ON PANEL ADB26COV USING 24 X 80 SCREEN SIZE

Error description

• If a user modifies an external stored procedure on a
  24x80 screen size, panel ADB26COV
  'Create Stored Procedure Options' displays
  the first 24 rows that do not include the 'Failure action'
  prompt.  When the user presses <ENTER> to display row
  25, panel error message ADB318E is generated:
  ADB318E
  Invalid value The value must be 'S','C', or an integer
  between 1 and 32767.
