PI74203: SUPPORT ADDED TO ALLOW DECIMAL DATA TO BE CAST AS TIME OR DATE WHEN UNLOADING FROM AN IMAGE COPY

APAR status

• Closed as new function.

Error description

• HPU will handle casting decimal data to date or time based on
  date or time format options specified.
  
  The conversions required are generally very straight forward.
  The Decimal columns can be assumed to match directly onto the
  date/time formats. i.e.
  - if the target date format is YYYYMMDD
    then the decimal is (8,0) with each digit maping onto that
    format.
  - If it's YYMMDD, or time HHMMSS
    then it's Decimal (6,0) etc.
  
  For example:
  
  Decimal Date value is 19841201 becomes Date '1984-12-01'
  And decimal Time value 121001 becomes '12:10:01'
  
  In both cases the output format should be controlled by the HPU
  Date and Time options.
  Format DATE_C matches what is required in our example, and
  TIME_A with TIMEDELIM ':' will give the required Time format.
