  NOT ACCOUNT. time for DB2 (CL.2) should calculated
  as ELAPSED TIME (CL.2) - CP CPU TIME (CL.2) - SE CPU TIME (CL.2)
  - SUSPEND TIME (CL.2).
  Wrong time was displayed because instead of the whole
  SE CPU TIME (CL2) only SE CPU TIME NONNESTED (CL.2)
  took in account.
  

Problem conclusion

• Correct NOT ACCOUNT. time for DB2 (CL.2) calculation.
