Error description

• The index scan feature eligible for a logical unload with an
  ORDER clause is enabled but is unduly not used as mentioned by
  IXSC value of 0% displayed in the "DB2 HIGH PERFORMANCE UNLOAD -
  STATISTICS" section of the report. This occurs whenever the
  clustering index is compressed and the related table space has
  the PAGENUM RELATIVE attribute (feature available from DB2 V12).
