PI71905: ERROR DURING LOAD IN DB2 V10: INVALID OPERAND 'OVERRIDE' FOR KYWRD 'LOAD'

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When Admin Tool generates an ALTER which requires and unload
  and load of the temporal table in DB2 V10, the Tool generates
  DB2 V11 syntax and causes errors such as the following:
  
  DSNU005I    267 09:40:05.07 DSNUGPRS
  -OVERRIDE(SYSTEMPERIOD,TRANSID)
  DSNU049I    267 09:40:05.07 DSNUGPRS - INVALID OPERAND
  'OVERRIDE' FOR KEYWORD 'LOAD'
  

Local fix

• Manually alter the syntax to use (PERIODOVERRIDE ,
  TRANSIDOVERRIDE) instead.

  When altering a temporal table which requires Unload and Load
  utilities on a DB2 system release below DB2 V11 New Function
  Mode (NFM), DB2 Admin Tool generated an OVERRIDE statement for
  the LOAD utility which is invalid. The LOAD error DSNU049I /
  msgDSNU049I is observed:
  
  DSNU049I - INVALID OPERAND 'OVERRIDE' FOR KEYWORD 'LOAD'.
