PI71869: PERFORMANCE WAREHOUSE ABENDS WHEN BEING STARTED WITHOUT HAVING BEEN CONFIGURED

Error description

• When a PE Server modify command is issued to start Performance
  Warehouse (PWH) although it has not been configured, the PWH is
  attached but abends immediately with system completion code S978
  instead of rejecting the start command.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When a PE Server modify command is issued to start Performance
  Warehouse (PWH) although it has not been configured, PE Server
  does not reject the start command. The PWH load module FPEZPMS
  is attached and abends immediately with system completion code
  S978.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  The code has been corrected accordingly to reject the PE Server
  modify command to start Performance Warehouse (PWH) if PWH has
  not been configured. Message FPEV0271W is issued.
