Error description

• When the product administration utility (HKTAPRA0) is run with
  incorrect ITKB server name, the HKTAPRA0 issues HKT2177E
  message, but the message text is incorrect.

  incorrect ITKB server name, the HKTAPRA0 issues HKT2177E
  message, but the message text contains incorrect REPOSITORY=
  text as follows.
  HKT2177E Connect failed for requested REPOSITORY; REPOSITORY=
  

Problem conclusion

• The HKT2177E message is corrected to remove REPOSITORY= text.
