Error description

• This APAR addresses several issues:
  1.  ABEND S0C4-00000004 in module CQM$ACTA occurs when issuing a
  FIND command in the Exceptions panel in Data Sharing view.
  2.    CQM153E - RETURN CODE 08 REASON CODE 0003 WAS ENCOUNTERED
  DURING TRANSLATION. SOURCE CCSID = 0 TARGET CCSID = 37
