PI71107: ORF CREATES A SHADOW DATA SET OF VSAM KSDS SMALLER THAN ORIGINAL

Error description

• When ORF generates DEFINE CLUSTER statement to create a shadow
  data set of VSAM KSDS, ORF gets the data-component-level space
  allocation parameters of the original data set and uses them as
  the cluster-level parameters of the DEFINE CLUSTER statement,
  which causes the VSAM KSDS to be smaller than before
  reorganization.

Problem conclusion

• When ORF generates DEFINE CLUSTER statement to create a shadow
  data set of VSAM KSDS, ORF gets the data-component-level space
  allocation parameters of the original data set and uses them as
  the cluster-level parameters of the DEFINE CLUSTER statement,
  which causes the VSAM KSDS to get smaller than before
  reorganization.
  This APAR fixes the program so that the space allocations of
  both data and index components of original VSAM KSDS will be
  correctly reflected to the shadow data sets.
