Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of DB2 Administration Tool for         *
  *                 z/OS who use the MAKEPBR command with        *
  *                 the ALT function and specify CM = 'YES'.     *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A SQLCODE = -650 / SQLCODEN650          *
  *                      error is observed when using the        *
  *                      MAKEPBR command to change an            *
  *                      index-controlled partitioning           *
  *                      tablespace to Partition-By-Range        *
  *                      (PBR), and using Change                 *
  *                      Management.                             *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  When using the MAKEPBR command to change an index-controlled
  partitioning tablespace to PBR, and specifying CM = 'YES',
  if there are GRANT statements associated with the table in
  this tablespace, running the change causes a SQLCODE = -650 /
  SQLCODEN650 error:
