  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR fixes multiple problems       *
  *                      detected late in the QMF for TSO/CICS   *
  *                      12.1 development cycle.                 *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The following problems are fixed in this APAR:
  - QMF was incorrectly freeing LOB locators after connecting to a
    new location. If a report containing LOB locators was
    generated at LOCATION1 and the user connected to LOCATION2,
    QMF was freeing the LOB locators that were generated at
    LOCATION1. (QMFT-51)
  - Message DSQ17001 would sometimes display the wrong value in
    the SQLERRD fields. (QMFT-248)
  - The QMF Enhanced Editor MOVE command caused error DSQ23270
    with varied information. This was due to problems with the QMF
    ERASE command. (QMFT-218)
  - Running a three part name install failed due to typo of
    package name in QMF1210.SDSQEXCE(DSQ0BPKL). DSQIFSU2 should be
    DSQIFUS2. (PI69280)
  - Running a three part name install failed because the PTFs for
    CURRENT QUERY ACCELERATION and CURRENT GET_ACCEL_ARCHIVE
    special registers are incorrectly reported as not applied. (
    PI69583)
  - Saving a QBE query to a different owner id was incorrectly
    saved to the primary owner id. (PI69820)
  - ABEND0C4 when exporting data to dataformat CSV that contained
    double quotes. (PI70088)
