PI70007: THE IRM SENT BY V11 TMRA CLIENT TO IMS CONNECT CONTAINING A XID CONTROL BLOCK HAS INCORRECT LENGTH OF X'A8' INSTEAD OF X'1C'

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The input message from TMRA V11 is rejected by IMS Connect
  Extensions after UI40507 is installed because it automatically
  adds the XID length to the IRM length to address the OTMA
  Control Header. Due to the incorrect IRM length supplied by the
  out of service V11 TMRA level, IMS Connect Extensions fails to
  find the OTMA control header.
  
  Summary of changes:
    Module CEXEXRTR is changed to detect TMRA message at V11 and
    properly address the OTMA Control Header.
  
  User action:
    Install the APAR and restart IMS Connect
