PI69736: PUSH CONFIGURATION ERRORS IN LOG: FPWSE0003E: MISSING APNS CREDENTIALS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When configuring a push notification service (ie GCM) the
  server incorrectly calls all three services (GCM, APNS, &
  WNS) even though only one is configured.
  
  This causes many errors to be present in the client log for
  services that are not configured or being used.
  
  FPWSE0003E: Missing APNS credentials.
  FPWSE0003E: Missing WNS credentials.
  FPWSE0010E: Internal server error. FPWSE0001E: Not Found -
  Targeted
  resource [Push WNS Configuration] does not exist. Check the
  [com.sample.pushnotificationscordova] parameter
  FPWSE0010E: Internal server error. FPWSE0001E: Not Found -
  Targeted resource [Push APNS Configuration] does not exist.

Problem conclusion

• Operations Console UI has been fixed to not invoke calls to
  retrieve APNS/GCM/WNS push configuration if they don't exist.
