Error description

• If JavaMail application sends mail with a body ending with DBCS
  and its charset is set to ISO-2022-JP, additional garbled
  characters are added at the end of the body.

• add a blank space at the end of the body

Problem conclusion

• Backported the code fix from javamail 1.4.4.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
