PI68447: ENHANCE PI FILTER TO INCLUDE ASSOCIATED MESSAGE CONTINUATION AND ADDITIONAL MESSAGE PREFIX INFORMATION RECORDS

Error description

• When an IMS Input or Output Message (IMS x'01' or x'03') is
  returned as the result of an IMS PI Filter, any associated
  Message Continuation records (IMS x'01' or x'03') are now
  included in the result set. If the filter is for CODE=ALL and
  returns an IMS Input or Output Message (IMS x'01' or x'03')
  any Additional Message Prefix Information records (IMS x'30')
  that match the IMS Message will also be returned.
  
  This enhancement is based off requirement RFE # 90560.
