Error description

• UTS tablespace insert on a pre-existing pseudo-deleted RID
  requiring holes to be condensed first. This fix corrects an
  error condition that can happen during this process. The error
  condtion can either cause a broken page (CKZ310: BROKEN PAGE -
  ERROR CODE X'0C33)  or a U1007 Abend (ABEND 1007 1 CKZ#LGAP
  AS03 RC=X'800003EF RS=X'007AB748) when running the target job.
