APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The Query Monitor offload process currently unloads data in
  UNLOAD format. This format is being deprecated. This change
  will allow Query Monitor to unload data in INTERNAL format.
  This will allow the data to be loaded across sysplexes.
  
  Changes to the offload process also correct a problem which
  resulted in an incorrect 'CQM2602E OPEN FAILED FOR VSAM
  DATASET' message being issued.
