BIF_COMPATIBILITY as blank if that parameter is set to V9_TRIM.

When selecting Option 1 - 'Display Parameters/Generate
DSNZPARM source' on panel ADB2Z2Z 'System Parameters'
to display parameters/Generate DSNZPARM source, the
BIF_COMPATIBILITY field is blank when BIF_COMPATIBILITY=
V9_TRIM.
