PI65841: FILTER WITH ACTIVE TRACKING ABENDS S0C4 ALZTRACK+1056

Error description

• 1 An IMS PI Batch Job run with an 'Active Tracking' Filter may
  receive an abend S0C4 if the selected records contain an MQ
    Logtoken.
  2 Updates are required to some Knowledge Modules as a result of
    IMS service updates.
  
  Summary of changes
  1 If records selected for Tracking contain an MQ Logtoken the
    Logtoken will be used as a unique key to locate a queue entry
    which contains information used in the tracking process. In
    some circumstances for the MQ Logtoken the locate process is
    not being performed,  which results in an invalid queue entry
    being accessed, leading to unpredictable results including
    S0C4 abends.
  2 Updates are required to some Knowledge Modules as a result of
    IMS service up to PUT1606.
