Error description

• An ABENDS0C4 occurs when an image copy is unloaded and the HPU
  settings specifies START_RO for the "Technique to lock the
  unloaded tablespace (VUU074/ULLOCKTE)” parameter.

Local fix

• Remove the LOCK request from the unload command wich is useless
  for the unload from an image copy.
